The Renthal Twinwall Handlebars are a truly unique design. Featuring a construction that utilizes a 7010 T73 aluminum alloy inner bar to resist mechanical damage and a 7010 T6 aluminum alloy outer bar to withstand extended wear, these handlebars are built to shrug off all sorts of abuse. A cross brace adds even more support and includes Renthal's specially developed bar pad to soften any painful impacts.

Renthal offers several different contours of bars based on the riding ergonomics of the biggest names in motocross, such as Villopoto, Windham, and Carmichael. This, combined with features like a reinforced clamping area, a knurled clutch side bar end, and multiple seals that keep water out, makes comfort a priority and fatigue failures a thing of the past.

The revolutionary double-tube Twinwall design makes fatigue failure virtually impossible, and the 1 1/8-inch clamping area reduces slippage. The outer tube is made of 7010 T73 aluminum alloy for extreme resistance to mechanical damage, while the inner tube is high-strength 7010 T6 aluminum alloy to resist prolonged wear. Both the inner and outer tubes are anodized to protect against corrosion and wear, and multiple seals are used to prevent the entry of water into the handlebars.

The clutch side of the bars features a knurled texture to promote grip adhesion, and a laser-etched positioning grid helps you orient your bars. The crossbar adds rigidity, while the injection-molded bar pad adds cushioning during an impact.
