The handlebars feature a flat design to reduce air resistance during cycling, and the internal routing system makes installation and removal a breeze. The 6-hole internal routing allows for easy cable management, enhancing the overall clean and modern look.

When installing the handlebars, please use the recommended torque and assemble them manually. We suggest taking your bicycle to a standard shop for professional installation and maintenance. The handlebar ends can be trimmed to meet your personal preferences.

To ensure proper installation of the internal routing, we recommend using a nylon tubing guide to thread the cables through the elongated holes. Once the cables are in place, remove the nylon tubing and slide the brake outer sleeve into the center hole, aligning it with the internal routing.

It's important to note that our handlebars have a 31.8mm diameter, so please use a compatible 31.8mm stem. Do not use a 31.8mm aluminum alloy stem, as it may cause the handlebar to rupture. Follow the specified tightening torque of 4Nm during installation.

For road use, our handlebars are not suitable for mountain biking, as the wrong cycling terrain could lead to crashes and damage.
