Selecting the Elastomer: The Antishock QL seat post can be tuned for different rider weights or riding styles by changing the elastomer: - Rider Weight <140lbs: Use Soft - #5 elastomer - Rider Weight 140-190lbs: Use Medium - #7 elastomer - Rider Weight 190-265lbs: Use Hard - #9 elastomer

Changing the Elastomer: 1. Loosen and remove the screw pin at the front of the post using a 2mm hex wrench. 2. Push the lower pivot pin out completely and slide the linkage open. 3. Remove the existing elastomer. 4. Replace the elastomer with the concave recess on top, where it fits around the seat clamp assembly. 5. Close the linkage around the elastomer, aligning the lower pivot holes. 6. Grease and reinstall the lower pivot pin. 7. Insert the screw pin at the front of the post and tighten it to 2 N/m.
